Privacy
We only use your information to respond to your inquiry, confirm bookings, and coordinate logistics. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
- Data collected: name, contact details, event info (date, location, service type).
- Retention: we keep records for scheduling and accounting. Request deletion anytime.
- Security: reasonable safeguards protect data in transit and at rest.
Booking & Payments
- Dates are secured with a deposit. The balance is due at or before the event (details provided at booking).
- Travel fees may apply outside our core service area; we’ll confirm any additional costs upfront.
- Invoicing and receipts are available upon request.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or change the date, please notify us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling.
- Weather‑related changes (for outdoor events like foam parties) can be moved to a new date without penalty if unsafe conditions are forecast.
- Non‑weather cancellations close to the event may incur a fee; we’ll outline specifics during booking.
Safety & Conduct
- We operate with kid‑safe materials and age‑appropriate activities. Foam solution is hypoallergenic and eco‑friendly.
- Hosts retain the right to adjust activities for safety or venue limits.
- A responsible adult must be present for the duration of the event.
Costume & Equipment Liability
All costumes, props, and equipment provided by Party Verse Entertainment remain our property and are provided for use during the event only. Any damage, loss, or excessive wear to costumes or equipment caused by guests will be assessed and charged at full replacement cost. We ask that all attendees treat our materials with respect to ensure every child can enjoy the magic of dress-up at their celebration.
Photos & Media
- We welcome photos and videos for your personal use.
- With your permission, we may request to share a few photos on our website or social channels. Declining will never affect your booking.
- If you prefer no photos, let us know and we’ll avoid any images that include guests.
Weather & Outdoor Events
- Outdoor shows may be paused, modified, or rescheduled in unsafe conditions (e.g., heavy rain, strong winds, lightning, extreme temperatures).
- We’ll coordinate a go/no‑go decision before departure; if rescheduled, deposits transfer to the new date.
Accessibility & Inclusion
- We’re happy to adapt pacing, volume, and activities for mixed ages or sensory needs — just share any notes in advance.
- Many themes can be offered in bilingual or culturally flexible formats.
